"The gps directed me farther and farther into the wilds of North Devon, towards a country farm house surrounded by beautiful valleys, trees and even a pond!
There is a huge field to camp with a bonfire area and a area for outside suspension although really the whole place lends itself towards plenty of naturist adventure and play to be had in the surrounding private property...
The house itself is very simple in its set up of a L shape with the main house being the little L part and the biggest is the party rooms with guest rooms upstairs. There is a little drinks kitchen which was well staffed where your personal drinks were stored and readied for you.
The huge dungeon and extending playroom had all the big play toys you could desire and a smaller private one. There were numerous areas for semi private sessions and a nice chill out room. We smokers were even catered too with chairs, ashtrays and maid service outside!
We are no longer able to camp in a tent so it was a bonus to be able to rent one of the available rooms to stay overnight in. Everything was so clean and tidy and for us who stayed over in rooms a full English brekki was provided, hand cooked by MZB herself!
I was simply amazed and impressed by what a fine quality event this is and would gladly go again only this time making sure I book the ensuite room!

"What a fantastic night. Having no Idea what to expect we wound our way down ever smaller lanes until we saw the secret sign and turned down a gravelled lane ending in an astonishingly gorgeous house, set in secluded gardens. RR got the grand tour as I parked the car and carried in the bags (I must find a male sub - the bags are too heavy for RR) and was bubbling about how wonderful the place was by the time I caught up with her. Quickly changed and off to explore....a comfortable chillout lounge with popularly snuggly sofas, the private bedrooms (well worth b&bing by the looks of them) and then back down the stairs to two amazing dungeon rooms with masses of kit.
The night went far too quickly...loads of play, a buffet, more play, some chill out...a perfect evening. Considering the team had only had a few days to sort things out, it was an amazing party...and I can't wait to see how it evolves and develops...the block and tackle in a tree, hammock and bonfire make me think it will be pretty special !

"What a great night at Extremm........ so glad I made the journey to see and had a fab time at Extremm`s new venue.
Such a great place & thanks to Miz Behave and crew who must of put it a lot of effort to make sure it looked so good & ran flawlessly.Nice relaxed vibe with plenty of play & social. I'm sure other people will add more detailed review & spread the word on why its so worth going to & it can be a distance for a lot of folk but when you can stay over it takes the pressure off heading home so you can really get into the party spirit.
Looking forward to the next one and with the size of premises there is plenty of room for more folk to attend with-out ever feeling over crowded."

"What a fantastic night.... Twisted circus theme was right up my alley, I really enjoyed myself! I've never flogged so vigorously.... Not sure who it hurt more but it was worth the dislocated pelvis haha!!
Firebreathing and staffing were awesome too, and so lovely to see friends old and new....another fantastic night all round xxx"
